How to get a refund of Download Protection Service separately?
Download Protection Service enables you to download your purchased software version again if you have a computer crash, virus, or need to re-install.
Since the Download Backup Service is charged by MyCommerce during purchases from their payment platform instead of by us, we respectfully request that you e-mail them for assistance in getting the refund. ordersupport@mycommerce.com
When you contact the payment platform, please provide the order ID, and specify that you just want to refund the download protection Service, yet keep the software in your message to them.
